It’s a beautiful painting, but I was thrown a bit by the colors as the actual paint that came with this painting is pretty far off from the photo in some areas. It ultimately doesn’t matter because the end result is gorgeous, but I do wish the background colors had matched the picture more closely. Great experience and one that I will continue to enjoy with more paintings!

This picture came out great, there was just a little issue with some of the paints requiring several coats to cover the numbers. Also it did NOT come with the instruction sheet as it said it would. When I emailed support they attached pdf copy of the instructions which was critical to finishing the picture as some of the numbers ran over the lines and could not be read and some sections were so small the numbers were blurred on printing. The picture itself is gorgeous when completed, have framed it and am hanging it in my bedroom.

I think tips should be included for those of us who are not Artists. (Take a picture before starting, Gesso primer, finishing spray, paint the number…). Loved the colors!

My partner bought this for me a year ago. She noticed I was interested because a friend was doing a paint by numbers.
Finally I started it and was hooked. Started around 9pm and looked up and it was 1am. Very addicting, but in a good way. Peaceful, calming and interesting. And yes, the tiny numbers are a challenge even with a magnifying glass.
Even after a year, only 1 of the paints were too thick and after mixing it, it was fine.
I did run out of one of the colors, it’s the color that uses the most paint. Today, I contacted the company by email asking if I
could get another container of that color from them. Anxiously awaiting their reply, because I am done after that.
I am now looking for another painting to do. And curious about the one’s you can send in a photo.

For once, I don’t have too many complaints about a kit. Paints were good, as were the canvas and brushes. Painting was well laid out and easy to follow. Lots of tiny sections (typical of famous art), and the lighter colors required 2 or 3 coats (also typical of most kits). This painting took a while to complete, but the end result was well worth it.
