    I ordered “Sunflower Park” by Gustav Klimt, which is a gorgeous piece of art, and I am having a great time working on it. This is my first PBN project since I was a kid and I was worried it wouldn’t be challenging, the paint and canvas would not be high quality, but boy was I wrong! The design is very intricate and some spaces are very tiny! I am using a lighted magnifier and the smallest paintbrush I could find at the art store, and I am digging it! I already know where I will be hanging the finished work, and I am now shopping for my next project, although I am far from finishing. I suspect this one will take me a month or more. Perfect for long snowy winter nights by the fire.

    My partner bought this for me a year ago. She noticed I was interested because a friend was doing a paint by numbers.
    Finally I started it and was hooked. Started around 9pm and looked up and it was 1am. Very addicting, but in a good way. Peaceful, calming and interesting. And yes, the tiny numbers are a challenge even with a magnifying glass.
    Even after a year, only 1 of the paints were too thick and after mixing it, it was fine.
    I did run out of one of the colors, it’s the color that uses the most paint. Today, I contacted the company by email asking if I
    could get another container of that color from them. Anxiously awaiting their reply, because I am done after that.
    I am now looking for another painting to do. And curious about the one’s you can send in a photo.

    While the custom order came out ok in the end , the colors were different than on the original picture. For example blue on the original was green on the canvas shipped . Also, the size was off …I ordered 16 x 20 but the painted portion on the actual canvas was only 13 x 20 …All in all I enjoyed the painting and will order again . Also , the shipping is super slow it generally takes 3-4 weeks to get once ordered .

    I was skeptical at first on how well it would look when completed, it is amazing though. I’ve never painted anything but somehow I made a masterpiece. I’m actually gonna frame the magnificent beast so my wife has to stare at my glory everyday. Shipping took about 3 weeks and tracking is somewhat not present. It’s coming from China so it takes time but the product is actually solid. I’m a get a few more.

    This was my first paint by numbers. Very different from what I remember from childhood! It was very relaxing and engrossing- I lost track of time as I painted. Loved the finished product so much I had it professionally framed and hung it in my room. One star off for some paints that were a bit dry and not having a gridded map to refer to when the numbers were not clear (so many tiny areas made up the tree, it was easy to lose sight of some of the pattern). I have started on my second painting- paint is all smooth and the grid has proven really helpful. Will definitely do more.

    This was my second paint by number kit. I purchased this for the benefit of gaining skill in painting by numbers. The quality of the product was excellent. The paints were very thick and in hindsight I should have diluted each of them with water prior to use, thus not making the colors so dark on my first application. Halfway through the project I decided to use my own colors–big mistake. I should have completed the painting with paint supplied and applied my own color variations at the end. Needless to say, i ruined the picture and discarded it. I since purchased Four Seasons and it came out beter than I planned. I personally prefer a matte finish for my paintings. Overall I was completely satisfied with the product but unhappy with how I approached the project. This gave me countless hours of enjoyment painting. My plans are to have a custom print done to paint.

    The numbers were printed lightly and were tiny to start, which made them harder to see without very bright lighting and a magnifying glass. It was so hard seeing some of the numbers that I ended up giving up. My daughter ended up using paints I bought and painted it the way she wanted.
