Regina Dawkins –
Quality of materials is excellent. Picture is beautiful. Very relaxing. Not finished yet but you can’t rush fun or art!
KATHERINE DEBRUIN –
Fabulous design, great colors, nice canvas. But the paint was very inconsistent – some perfect, some so thin that it took 6+ coats to cover the numbers, and others (especially the white) so thick they were almost impossible to work with (even after thinning with water).
Marion –
This was my first of many paint by numbers pictures. It hooked me into this zen activity. The paints where easy to use and the final result is hanging in my house.
Shannon T Love –
I had a blast painting this. I was a little surprised when it came without the frame but I just stapled it to another frame and I’m gonna have my dad frame it for me. All in all I loved it and I think it turned out pretty good too. 🙂
charles nelson –
painting looks great, framed it now hanging for all to see
Rose Brimmer –
Awesome
Joanne Hagen –
Very enjoyable and relaxing to paint..beautiful picture..
Diane Serra –
The painting is so beautiful I love it. Makes me happy every time I go by. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. Everyone should have one it’s so lovely
karon gray –
turned out great, already framed and hanging on the wall
Kate Ighian –
I wanted to dislike this product because I was not happy that it is manufactured and shipped from China. Having said that, the quality of the product was very good and although I had some dry paint on another order, the paint quality for this was excellent. This painting is very detailed so Be prepared for a small brush and glasses. I am very pleased with the end product.
Pamela Palumbo –
It’s a great piece and very detail oriented but some of the colors don’t match up quite like what is shown in the photo. Also would use gesso on it to make paint cover better and not have little white dots shown through.
Mariya Channiwala –
Its a very good way to get into something creative. Absolutely loves spending time on it!
Judith Atchison –
I used the paint recieved and it looks quite different than shown in the picture as advertised. Its difficult to tell the waves from the shore due to the yellowish grayish colors used for the waves. I would recommend purchasing the smaller print, maybe that would help.
Lea Gchto –
Très bien mais les couleurs sont un peu différentes par rapport au modele
Deborah Burke –
very satisfied!
Michelle Ashbaugh –
I am enjoying painting this picture. I find it relaxing and can’t wait to see the end result. The only downfall is how long it took for me to receive it in the beginning.
Shalimar Decker –
I got this just as a side project to keep me busy and I am in love with it. I had so much Fun doing this.
Alexis Taylor –
I love these! The shipping took much longer than I had expected but it was well worth the wait! I have not yet finished painting as it is also much more elaborate than I had expected but I love it! It is very relaxing and I just have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the paintings and the company itself. I will happily order more once I finish my current projects.
Cherie Kammers –
This pic was fun to paint
Natalya Brek –
My mum enjoyed painting it and end result was pleasant.
HAPPY –
Customer service was great and the painting was amazing!!
Had a picture of my grandmother made for my mom who absolutely loves to paint by numbers. Her reaction to finding out it was my grandmother was priceless!! Priceless!!
Completly satisfied with the services and painting.
ronald coleman –
doing the tower was very enjoyable, but, always a but, many details are left out. Beneath the tower there are small factories in the distance, that’s why the smoke stackes. I’m finding more and more swirls are put in to replace, backround things that enhance the over all picture. The same with other paintings as well. I look at this lack of detail as a challange and work harder on the painting.
Pamela Knox –
I’m still painting and loving it. The canvas is well marked and easy to stretch as it arrives rolled not folded.
Kristin Georgelos –
I enjoyed painting this tranquil scene!Love mypaintbynumbers!
Lindsay LaBar –
Some numbers for lighter colors show through and require mulitple coats of paints. OVerall a very enjoyable experience and matches my home decor. Would recommend!
Olivia –
Not sure if I’ll continue with this one. This is with 2 coats of paint on most of the spaces, I can still clearly see the lines and numbers. I’m not sure if this is typical, or if my paints are bad, or what. Maybe it’s just because it’s lighter colors? I guess I was expecting better coverage. Is it normal to take several coats of paint? The photos are in natural light and no filters. Kind of bummed, this was my first paint by numbers! 🙁
Lisa Beach –
Hoping to get started with this soon, now that the Holidays are over! Hope to send in an update when finished! Looks like a great project!
diane tucker –
Still working on it, very challegening
Ms. Fiona Kirk –
Had so much fun with this one and everyone I have shown it to, has loved it !!!
Greta –
This was my second painting canvas I did! Loved how it turned out! Whenever someone walks in my house they can’t believe I painted it saying it looks like it was bought in a store.
Kathy Hudlow –
It arrived as described….next time I will be sure and find a painting that is already stretched on a frame
Sarah Chandler –
Everything is good quality and so fun to do!
Stephen Schenk –
This was one of my favourite paintings. The effect of the waves and sunlight was spectacular. The paints are very easy to apply and the accompanying copy of te outlines makes it easy to check colours when I’m finishing the work. ?
Brandy –
I love this turtle! Never disappointed by Paint by Numbers paintings
Katherine Allan –
What a great way to unwind and create something beautiful
Feza Ozturk –
The kit I received was everything I expected. Very nice. I’d purchase again from your site.
Renata Diniz –
This painting is gorgeous but different from all the others I bought before, this one had the drawing printed in red and not in black. Also, one of the paints was quite liquid so more than one coat was necessary to cover the red numbers. Other than that, great painting!
kim –
I love doing these. I thought I was doing it kind of sloppy but the end results turned out great. I’m on my 3rd one since mid December
Lu –
My painting is a work in progress, but I’m thoroughly enjoying seeing it come to fruition. I think my only negative would be how long it took to receive it, almost a month and a half. I would totally recommend to anyone looking to add something new to their day.
Dawn Walker –
I bought this for my husband. After getting the canvas stretched on a frame, he looked at it and is totally overwhelmed! He has no idea where to start and my telling him to start with #1 paint, he still hasn’t touched it! It might get finished by next summer!
Maggi Havas –
I loved doing this painting
Michelle Wood –
Impressed with my order!! From the quality of the canvas to the screws for hanging…everything isn’t perfect! I will be ordering another!!!
Maryanne Sotomayoru –
I haven’t painted the lilacs as yet but I will send you a picture as soon as I finish it.
Kim Lucas –
Just finished this painting. It is one of my favorites. I love the flow of the dancer’s dress. Love the colors.
Robert Blain –
I am extremely HAPPY with this paint by numbers kit. The scene is beautiful and easy to follow. I will continue to purchase kits as I find then very relaxing to do. Thank you and continue to produce interesting and beautiful scenes.
Stephanie Cullipher –
Very intense and fun to paint!
Renata Diniz –
This painting is gorgeous but different from all the others I bought before, this one had the drawing printed in red and not in black. Also, one of the paints was quite liquid so more than one coat was necessary to cover the red numbers. Other than that, great painting!
Deen –
The canvas is good quality and the paint is fine. My only frustration was that the there was one color that they needed to send at least one more little container of. I think it was either color #2 or #5 (I don’t remember). The top part of the painting is full of different dark shades and I ended up scraping the sides to get every bit of paint out. The lighter colors need several coats to cover up the number. Some numbers were hard to decipher or really close to the edge but it’s not impossible to figure out. As they say on the site, it did take about a month for it to arrive.
Diane Deluca –
Love my new painting. The colors are beautiful and I love how it doubles as a stress reliever.
Donna Edwards –
Just paint. When you are done the subtle black changes create a piano stool. Very nice. Could have used two pots of black paint.
Becky Feldmann –
I love this easel! So easy to move around and perfect for storing my paints and brushes inside.
Barbara Ellis –
I haven’t had a chance to work on this project but I have looked at it and I am very satisfied with what I see. I feel sure it will be a challenge and one that I am looking forward to taking. Just kinda waiting on cooler weather so outside work will be over. Thanks.
Lisa Beach –
Everything was rec’d just fine..But with the Holidays I haven’t had time to get started. I have read the other reviews and will take the tips as given! Hope to follow up with the finished product! Looking forward to it!
PATTY DEARING –
It came out beautiful but I had to do the whole painting with a magnifying glass. I like your prices but have not ordered a
Greta –
This was a Christmas gift from my husband. I completed it in 3 weeks. Very enjoyable to paint! Received many comments from family and friends of how beautiful it turned out. Can’t wait to display it on our living room wall!
Myrene northey –
Painted because I had such fond memories of going down the canal in 1993. Talk about eye strain and had to go over it to make it look ok. Ran out of couple colors so had to improvise. Had a hard time covering some of the numbers. All in all, looks great from a distance, fun project, and framed and hanging in bathroom.
Kylie Bergan –
it’s very relaxing and the colours are nice but not always complete matches to what I thought I was getting, either theyre too gray or too pale and one was green when I thought it was going to be black. Sometimes I have to go over the numbers two or three times so I can cover them up.
Amanda Pratt –
Was totally awesome. The first paint-by-number I had done in years. When I was done it made me think of a digital photo or the view from a glass-bottomed boat.
Tamorah L Dotson –
This painting was so enjoyable. The paint and brushes are good quality and it was easy!
So relaxing, I can see why artist do this for a living!
Sandy –
This was a fun project, first time I’ve painted in years, turned out very well
ron cook –
This is my tenth picture to paint, and I think it’s my favorite! My daughter and I share time while painting and having fun! Ready to order another.
Teresa Stidham –
I absolutely loved doing this! It took a few months but it was my summer project and it was very enjoyable! Some spaces are tiny but you can see them just fine and it adds so much detail to the finished product! Plus, the paints are very thick so the lines and numbers don’t show through when you’re done! You may need to do a second coat on the lighter colors but it’s no bother! Overall, such a great investment, a fun project, and everyone wants to know where I got it! 😀 Highly recommend! <3
Erin Murphy –
I love that paint by numbers offers kits for painting by famous artists. I am using these to learn about paint texture and brush strokes and color and having access to works like this singer sargaent painting is incredible. Thank you
karen –
Enjoyed painting so much, I already ordered my second one. Everything was included and so easy to follow. Very relaxing activity.
Eloise E –
Turned out absolutely fabulous. Looks amazing.
Freya Hoban –
I absolutely loved doing this! It was so relaxing and I ended up doing it in a night because I couldn’t leave it alone! ❤️
Marissa –
Interesting to do on canvas. Fun and enjoyable! Colors were bright and turned out nicely.
Joan Bagarozzi –
This has worked out nicely for me. I still have more to do. Easy to follow and I like how it is turning out. I can’t wait to finish to buy another picture.
Angelica Gionis –
Beautiful picture, but a bit small numbers here and there. Some of the colors were a bit dry, and some of them didn’t cover the numbers very well.
Michele –
I love how this takes me back to my childhood days of painting by numbers. The beautiful images and detailed painting areas provides hours of enjoyment. For me, the only downside is that there are many tiny areas to paint and even the smallest brush included frays and isn’t good enough to get to those small areas.
JAMES BAUER –
the paint color for the trees is too dark.the trees look like giant purple colums
Yvonne Hinton –
I wish there were more like him to paint. Such vibrant colors. Loved how the painting looks. If there were more I would buy those also. Highly recommend
Christina Redmond –
Fun……some of the numbers are too dark for the paint to cover up but overall quality matched the.price
Lourdes Aviles –
This kit was perfect! It had everything i needed and the art work is just amazing to paint.
PFD –
So happy with this! Maybe too many white variations, but I’m enjoying it so far!
Still work in progress…
Michele Matto –
This was my first PBN effort and it was a good level to start with. I do find it relaxing and was surprised that things like that the two birds actually ended up looking like birds. I shd have cleaned it up when I was done but it was for my 5 year old twin grandsons and I just sent it off to them.
Leah McCoy –
Had to go over a few colors multiple times to cover numbers, but I didn’t mind too much.
Diana Galper –
I finished my painting and was astounded by the end result. Thanks to Paint by Numbers, my Mother Nature looks professional and it is hard to tell it is paint by numbers.
lindsey Hebert –
I love the idea of having a painting that I can paint (and it look good) and hang on my wall. Lots of fun and great activity. Only thing I didn’t like was that not all of the colouring was the same as the original picture
Ella Frey –
My name is John Frey, Ella’s husband of 51 years. I had never done this and throughly enjoyed painting this scene. The only change that I made was the sky. We don’t have purple skies here in Texas, so I made a change to blue with streaks of white clouds. I am looking forward to doing another of your paintings in the future.
Stephanie Westover –
I LOVE paint by numbers because not only do they send you everything you need, it is relaxing to sit and paint! I love paint by numbers and have done many already! Give it a try!!!
Nica –
I knew I was going to love this one and it didn’t disappoint. The colors are so vibrant, actually better than what the picture depicted. This is my second thus far and I plan on continuing until I’ve painted all of the items on the site that interest me (or until my fingers fall off, whichever happens first). Very relaxing and such an enjoyable experience. It’s one of those “trust the process” experiences as well…..looks intimidating at first, then it doesn’t look like much for a while, but then comes a point when you really start to see the picture come to life. Highly recommended!
jessica solomon –
Came as expected, fun to do, lots of detail. Work in progress
Donna Edwards –
Just paint. When you are done the subtle black changes create a piano stool. Very nice. Could have used two pots of black paint.
Reva Easbey –
The kit is awesome. My son is painting it. Its gorgeous and the quality is great. Love this web site.
Matt Cohen –
This was a fun one to do. Had to get creative with the blending of colors. The end result looks spectacular and I’m excited to start a new one
Thomas Rourke –
The quality of the canvas and paints were perfect. Easy to follow. I have been doing these over2 years and I have found that there might be a color or an adjustment. This was the same but easy to get around. Some the details were missing so I was able to make it work. Ready for the next dogs and card playing
Becky –
I was concerned about this one because it’s more photo-quality. Did not disappoint. Love it!
Laura Matta –
I ordered this paint by numbers kit as physical therapy after repair of brain aneurysms left me with some nerve damage to my dominant arm and hand. The fine hand work required for this piece has help to decrease the numbness and pins + needles sensations, and improved functionality.
It was an added bonus for me to end up with a beautiful painting. I have also ordered a custom kit from one of my own photos.
The kits have come with everything needed. Plenty of paint and brushes.
The canvas has been a little to moderately wrinkled and the colors come out a little to dark.
I will definitely order more custom prints, but lighten the image before submitting.
Jean Brazeel –
This is my third My Paint By Numbers project and was very pleased with the first two. This one however did not turn out as I had expected – quite different than picture I received in my order.
Donna Corbitt –
I’m not the only one that loves this painting, everyone that sees it says it’s their favorite I’ve done so far.
Patricia Archambault –
One of the best paint by numbers I have had.
Cindy Kelsey –
I receive my paint by numbers kit and have been enjoying every minute! It’s exactly as advertised! I’ll post a picture when I have finished! 💜
Petrina Holmes –
I’m still working on this one but it is looking lovely. Very easy to do and very relaxing!
Anne Olson –
Pretty unhappy with the finished painting. The colors are quite off leaving the kittens green and the tiger too light in color. I was going to give this to my grandson for his birthday but now not going to.
GF –
Painting a likeness of a masterpiece opens up so much about the original painter’s thought process, their focus, their goals and their ideas about color and how much it can do. I learned a ton by painting this Van Gogh piece so far (I’m almost finished!), and I can already tell it’s going to make a lovely addition to my decor when it’s complete!
Not only have I loved working on this piece, but interacting with MPBN’s customer service was an absolute TREAT. Walter was kind, enthusiastic, and infectiously upbeat. This experience has been all smiles from the jump! I’ll definitely order again.
D. Carlson –
This was very fun to do. The colors were as beautiful as the picture showed.
Melinda Barnish –
I’ve enjoyed painting far more than I expected. I’m not very good at it yet, but it’s so relaxing, I don’t mind.
Phillip W Adcock –
Pretty colors – I enjoyed this one so much – am looking for more!
Gravel –
Loved my print, everything just as advertised. Havn’t finished it but on the way.
Kiwi –
I loved this kit, it was my first paint by number and it turned out perfect. Easy to do, and really fun. Now on to my next one….
Tracy Gamblin –
Love The canvas and paints. Brushes are not best quality.
Anne Olson –
Love this painting. It’s quick and fun… did I mention it’s adorable.
Todd Rabette –
It was a gift
Aubrey Blizzard –
Still working on this one, but paints all arrived without any dried out (had been a problem with another distributor in the past is why I mention that), all items accounted for. Do wish they didn’t do the outlines in red (black is easier to cover) but maybe they won’t all be that way. Thanks!
Judy Seatons –
There were too many oranges and yellows hard to keep up.
Haley Beatty –
Picture turned out wonderful! It was super frustrating but in the best way. I let out so much stress painting this and it turned out great! There is a grey area on the boat and what not and I had trouble figuring out which paint it was that needed to go there….but I looked harder and saw that there’s an unmarked paint and that was the one!
Peggy sirotek –
The picture you see here does not do it justice. It turned out so beautiful and all my friends go crazy over it. Definitely worth getting. I will enjoy it for many years to come
Julie Burdette –
I haven’t started this yet but it looks like a lot of fun. Can’t wait to get started.
Arrived timely and is exactly what they described.
marjorie fox –
First time I did the paint by numbers and it did take a lot of time doing it , but it was so fun! I just put on some Netflix and started ! It’s so easy to do and looks awesome when done .
Susan Winer –
Loved doing this painting! So much fun and very relaxing! Will do many more in the future!
Lori Millner –
I loved completing my paint by number. The canvas is good quality and the paints are great. The brushes are fine but I did supplement with other paint brushes I had on hand. The reason this is rated 4 rather than 5 is there were no instructions. It was my first paint by number and a little advice would have been nice. I managed fine though and am pleased with the outcome. I am having it professionally framed.
Bruce London –
This was a particularly challenging painting, due to the multitude of tiny colors, but the finished project is beautiful!
Suzanne Albanese –
I enjoy working on my paint by number picture as it calms me. I can’t wait to display it too once it is complete. I have given this as a gift to many of my friends this year and each has expressed true delight at receiving their own paint by numbers kit.
CHRistie Lewis –
I spent many days tinkering with this painting and painted up through color #10. Once I got nearly all of the blue background painted, along with the complementary blues in the background, I realized that the colors in this painting wouldn’t look at all like the original. Not only that, the colors I am using don’t look good next to each other on the painting. If I spent the remaining time on this to paint the whole painting, I would not be satisfied with the end result and would NEVER want to display it. Very disappointing. Also, many of the numbers and lines show through the paint (and I was making it thicker there too). Just not anything I would ever frame or display. I took a great deal of time and detail to paint this up through paint color #10 and am really upset that I wasted that time. Also, I purchased 3 other paintings and I don’t even want to try them because they are probably the same – the colors won’t look like the picture, the number will show through the paint, and the colors I end up with won’t even complement each other or look like they were meant to go together.
Louis Brewer –
This was a super fun PBN to do! I loved the brite colors! I am giving it to a friend of mine for Christmas and I know that she will love it because of the brite colors!
An van der Knaap –
Today finished my Koi Painting, so happy with it!
Karen Schinstock –
Nice paint by number. My daughter and I began it last week together. We hope it turns out. It really has some very small areas to paint. Haven’t finished it.
WArtist –
I have just received this paint by numbers kit and am so excited to get started. The price is fair, supplies convenient and designs gorgeous. I am giving them as gifts now and I hope to get more in return for myself. 😉 What a grea hobby and way to relax along with family or alone in a quiet room for hours. There is an artist inside all of us if we just try.
Denise Cooper –
I can always find a few minutes to do my paintings. This is the second one I have on the go at the moment.
Erin Murphy –
I love that paint by numbers offers kits for painting by famous artists. I am using these to learn about paint texture and brush strokes and color and having access to works like this singer sargaent painting is incredible. Thank you
PATTY DEARING –
It came out beautiful but I had to do the whole painting with a magnifying glass. I like your prices but have not ordered a
Elizabeth –
This painting took me quite a while to complete but I am thrilled with the end result! I was very happy with the quality of the canvas, it is by far the best PBN I have completed! I was initially concerned about running out of paint however I had no issues and ended up having plenty left over. I am planning to purchase the Poppy Fields painting next.
Carole Dierkes –
The numbers on the canvas are easy to read and the accompanying picture of the finished project helps. However, the paintbrushes are very cheap. the bristles came out and got distorted with use. The handles are plastic and broke after a few uses. Some of the paints arrived somewhat dried out and adding even a drop of water made them appear too transparent on the canvas. For the price, it is not a bad “rainy day project”.
Terry –
Loved painting this. Beautiful colors.
Jessica Bard –
Lots of small areas to do but starting to look good
Jan –
A very challenging piece. too much green color in it not sure hope it looks like the picture almost done just few more areas to paint.
Sarahjane –
I javen’t needed to use these brushes because each order comes with enough brushes to paint my pictures.
If I ever am brave enough to paint without numbers, the beautiful set will be the ones I’ll use.
Priscilla Ewing –
Very nice, just right.
Virginia Bruno –
My first attempt at paint by numbers and I loved it. Very relaxing and was very happy with the finished product. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered another one to paint. Can’t wait to get started again. Highly recommend!
Madelyn Hawken –
This was beautiful and so true to the original picture!
Michael Wileman –
i have gone over it with a clear varnish and framed it i would advice anybody that do p.b.n put a acrylic paint varnish on it makes the picture stand out more and looks better your acrylic paint is the best i have used looking forword to do many more thank you m.wileman
JOY NEVERLA –
I was sent everything I expected. The quality was as good as stated. I have painted, on my own, years ago. I felt this was one way to get back into it and use it as a way to relax. There were times I needed a magnifying glass, but I am an older woman and it just made it easier. I wish there was a way I could buy a form to staple my canvas on for framing. Still a great product.
Debra Taylor –
The colors are so vibrant. I love this painting.
deborah haynes –
I love doing these paintings.. on this one I just wish the colors had been alittle more like the picture,, more gold,, instead its orange
