Fabulous design, great colors, nice canvas. But the paint was very inconsistent – some perfect, some so thin that it took 6+ coats to cover the numbers, and others (especially the white) so thick they were almost impossible to work with (even after thinning with water).

Loved the whole experience–relaxing to do, and the painting came out so much better than I imagined. The colors are brighter than the original and sometimes not exact matches (for example, a gray-green in the original painting was beige in the kit), but the paint is good quality and the brushes worked very well.
The only tricky part for me was mounting the canvas before I started. I had to find the right size stretcher bars (cheap and readily available online) and wrestle with the canvas and a staple gun. But it was worth the trouble, and much cheaper than getting it done by a professional.
I couldn’t be happier with the painting, and I’m definitely going to do another one.

I love this painting. It’s so colorfull and compared to another one I did, the colors ends up as shown in the picture. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 stars is because there was not enough of one of the background color (light green #9). I had to use a mix of the others that were left to complete which was a little annoying. Overall, still a fun picture to do and beautiful results!

I wanted to dislike this product because I was not happy that it is manufactured and shipped from China. Having said that, the quality of the product was very good and although I had some dry paint on another order, the paint quality for this was excellent. This painting is very detailed so Be prepared for a small brush and glasses. I am very pleased with the end product.

Beautiful painting but when I received it, the lines and numbers were very thick and dark compared to another I had gotten. Even after 2 or 3 coats I can still see them. Colors differed from website picture but I still like it. I am in no way an artist but was very fun to do.

Painted because I had such fond memories of going down the canal in 1993. Talk about eye strain and had to go over it to make it look ok. Ran out of couple colors so had to improvise. Had a hard time covering some of the numbers. All in all, looks great from a distance, fun project, and framed and hanging in bathroom.

This picture came out great, there was just a little issue with some of the paints requiring several coats to cover the numbers. Also it did NOT come with the instruction sheet as it said it would. When I emailed support they attached pdf copy of the instructions which was critical to finishing the picture as some of the numbers ran over the lines and could not be read and some sections were so small the numbers were blurred on printing. The picture itself is gorgeous when completed, have framed it and am hanging it in my bedroom.

The item printed fast and was put in the mail fast but took almost two months to actually get the item. I’m not happy with the faces and I had to change the colouring of the teeth and eyes. Not something I would recommend for a beginner. The faces are too choppy for my taste. A little Andy Worhallish to me. Maybe a pet would look better or something that doesn’t have as much detail as I had.
